1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Face Slimmer app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Face Slimmer provides general fitness and cosmetic information. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results from exercises vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Always ask your doctor or another qualified health provider about any medical condition.

3. AI Previews

AI previews are computer-generated illustrations. They do not predict how your face will change from the exercises in the app or from anything else. Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.

4. Subscriptions

Some features are available by subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly), billed in advance through Google Play. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. User Content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. Photos are processed only to create your preview. The result is kept on our server for up to 30 minutes and then deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above.
